Birthday Party Information

Celebrate your child's birthday at Western Mass Gymnastics! 

Birthday Parties offer fun games and gymnastics activities for children ages 4+. All birthday parties have 50 minutes in the gym and 40 minutes in our party room. Please contact our office by phone or online to book your party.

Birthday Party Fast Facts

• $270 for up to 12 guests, payable upon booking.
• $15 for each additional guest (20 maximum), paid following party.
• 20% gratuity added to final amount, paid following party.
• All participants must be at least 4 years old.
• 50 minutes in the gym.
• 40 minutes in the party room. 
• Parents can view the party from the upstairs party room during the gym portion of the party. 
• The birthday child will receive a WMG T-shirt.
• Each party guest will receive a color changing WMG cup. 
• A current 2025-2026 waiver must be on file or signed and returned by a parent/guardian of all participants prior to the entering the gym for the party. 
• Parties are held on Sundays. 
• Contact the office for scheduling details.
