Advanced Classes

Advanced classes are instructor recommended programs only. Our advanced classes are 55 minute structured classes that meet once per week and teach the skills designed to increase strength, flexibility, and much more in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Super Tots

Access to this girls program is by invitation only. A 55 minute structured class that meets once per week. These young future stars work on the fundamentals of gymnastics while training competitive level skills. This class is a stepping stone to our highly regarded competitive team programs.

Hot Shots and Jets

Access to these girls programs is by invitation only. 55 minute structured classes that meet twice per week. These young future stars work on the fundamentals of gymnastics while training introductory competitive level skills. This class is a stepping stone to our highly regarded competitive team programs.

Incredibles

Access to this boys program is by invitation only. A 55 minute structured class that meets once per week. These young future stars work all the basics of gymnastics including strength, conditioning, and trampoline for air awareness and continue skill acquisition on all six men's events. This program is a stepping stone to other invitation only classes and our highly regarded team programs.

Super Heroes

Access to this boys program is by invitation only. A 55 minute structured class that meets once per week. These young future stars work on the fundamentals of gymnastics while training introductory competitive level skills. This class is a stepping stone to our highly regarded competitive team programs.
