Western Mass Gymnastics provides a safe, healthy, and fun environment for your child. Our programs help all participants become the best that they can be by developing self-confidence and a positive self-image through their accomplishments. We instill the basis for goal setting which helps children not only in gymnastics, but also throughout their lives.

Why Gymnastics?

Gymnastics develops a strong and healthy body, while increasing flexibility, balance and coordination. At Western Mass Gymnastics we teach the value of strong physical and mental discipline within the gym. These lessons have tremendous carry over to the child's home, school, and future endeavors.

Facilities

Our activity areas cover over 16,000 square feet. Our state of the art facility in Agawam, MA is filled with the latest training devices, including a huge safety pit filled with over 10,000 blocks of safety foam. These pits are important for learning skills more quickly and easily. During classes and birthday parties, they are also fun places to play and learn.

Western Mass Gymnastics has a large viewing area from which you may observe your child's class. We offer a pro shop carrying gymnastics wear and equipment, as well as healthy snacks and drinks.
